My eSIM is installed but won't connect — what now?

Toggle Airplane Mode on for 10 seconds, then off. If still nothing, in Settings → Cellular, make sure Data Roaming is on for the Simline line. 95% of 'not connecting' issues fix themselves here.

How fast does support reply?

Average reply on in-app chat is under one hour, 24/7. Email replies inside one business day.

Can I get a refund?

If your plan didn't connect within 24 hours, yes — full refund inside one business day. After data flows, plans are non-refundable. Plans you bought but never installed can be refunded within 30 days.

I lost my phone — can I move my plan to another device?

Yes. Log into the same Simline account on your new phone. We can re-issue the eSIM QR once per plan, free of charge.
